Trousers; breeches; leggings; waterproof trousers. -Trousers for sportsmen, cyclists, and others are arranged so that they may be converted into combined breeches and leggings. For this purpose they are made somewhat longer than usual, and are provided with fastenings b, c, Fig. 2, such as spring buttons, which are fastened together to produce the arrangement shown in Fig. 4, the bulging fold d serving to give freedom of motion to the knee and the lower part of the thigh. The trousers are preferably made of waterproof material, and may be worn as overalls over ordinary trousers.
