Abstract
20,474. Gordon, F. W. April 27, [date applied for under Patents Act, A.D. 1901]. Lavatory basins are formed with a partition B, Fig. 3, reaching nearly to the top, one of the compartments C containing water for the first wash, and the other that for rinsing. A lip E is formed in the basin at one end of the partition, and the compartments may have a common base or separate bases K. The basin is mounted on trunnions M. Fig. 4 shows a fixed basin provided with a partition B, and a tap F immediately over the partition so that both compartments are equally charged, and discharge ducts G closed by a single plug H.
