11,486. Smith, T. B. May 20. Lamp shades and globes.-A lamp shade made of glass, silk, or other material, is supported upon a globe which is secured to a burner fitting. The shade 3 is made with a hole at its upper part to pass over a flange 4 supporting the globe 1 which may be shaped with a set-off 6 to fit the hole. Additional screws 7 may be used to secure the shade.
