The axle arm f supported on the wheel g is secured to a frame b which has a hinged connection c with the axle a supported on the wheel h. Inside the frame b are two helical springs d, which hold the axle a and axle arm f in alignment. The axle carrying the other pair of wheels is rigidly secured to the vehicle.
