Abstract
6887. Bartlett, E. D., and Houghton, G. March 21. Cameras; roller slides.-Relates to a camera combined with a roller slide. The back of the camera is formed like a box a, Fig. 1, with a lid b. In the centre of the box is formed a recess d, into which the bellows of the camera is packed when not in use. The film spools c are mounted in chambers g at the ends of the recess d, and to facilitate insertion and removal the bearings are placed at the junction of the parts a, band are made in halves n, o, Fig. 3, stepped together, as shown by the dotted line. The turn-key r has a collar p inside and a ratchet-wheel q outside, to prevent the reversal of the spool. In the Provisional Specification, a modification is described in which the spools are mounted on the ends of radial arms ; methods of attaching the discs to the film roller and of connecting the winding key are also described.
