Abstract

17,485. Hartig, J., and Glaser, P. Aug. 31. Switches.-A switch m, in an incandescent lamp holder, is rotated in contact with the central contact d of a screw-capped lamp, so as to clean it. The block m is fixed on a spindle k, which carries a handle and is situated in slots in an insulator e and casings v. The block is of insulating-material, with a metal strip extending on two opposite faces, and is held up by a spring f, connected to one of the supply wires.
