Abstract

23,500. Tebbutt, F. Dec. 22. Window blinds.-Instead of inserting the bottom lath, of holland or other roller window blinds, into a pocket as usual, two laths A, B are secured together over the lower edge of the material. The lower edge of the blind is preferably attached to the flat face of one of the laths, the material of the blind being then passed over the outer face of this lath, or it may be folded over and between both in any of several ways described. An ornamental cord f may be placed in a fold of the material at the base of the laths, and a lace or frilling E may be attached to the laths, as shown in Fig. 2.
