10,930. Vaughan, W. May 13. Saddle clips.-A split bush E, N for embracing the L-pin is placed within a box C fitted at its ends with recessed plates 0 for gripping the framing wires. The split bush is provided with a rib F which engages a slot D in the box C, and also with projecting lugs G between which engages the flat head of a bolt I. When the nut on the bolt I is screwed up, the bush E is contracted and caused to grip the L-pin. The plates 0 are pivoted at R and gripped against the ends of the box C by bolts and nuts S, and the lower ends of the plates are slotted to allow the saddle to be tilted.
