8354. Gradlmiller, E. April 7. Wagons for velocipedes.-Relates to stands for use in railway vans. In the form shown in Fig. 1, the bicycle is placed on end between parallel bars a fixed to a wall or the side of a van by pieces b, d, and is secured by placing the pivoted frame h over the upper wheel. The frame h may be provided with a clip to embrace the rim of the wheel and formed to receive the hasp of a padlock. The stand is made so as to be readily detachable from the wall. In a modified form, a series of frames hare pivoted to arms on a horizontal bar carried by upright standards with feet, lower horizontal bars being provided for lower wheels of the cycles to rest against. The frames h may be rigid instead of pivoted.
