One or more arms F, secured to the bars C, are connected by a spring or springs H, or their equivalent, to an arm or arms G formed on the stem B. A pin K on the handle-bars limits the upward motion of the handles by engaging a lug L on the socket E. The sockets E may be lined with rubber or pneumatic sleeves to aid in reducing vibration.
