Abstract
26,473. Atkinson, G. H., and Thomas, A. Nov. 13. Stands for supporting cycles with their wheels clear of the ground, to facilitate repairing, washing, cleaning, &c. Two uprights A, B are connected by pivoted links C, D and provided with collapsable feet formed of folding bars G, H, L. The upright A is slotted at A' to receive the front bar of the cycle, and the upright B is reduced at B' to pass between the rear forks. Pins may be passed through holes A<2>, B<2>, to fix the cycle to the frame. The link D is connected to the uprights by means of hooks D<1> and pins Q, so that its ends may be detached to enable the uprights to be folded together. Home-trainers.-The Provisional Specification states that the stand may be used for home exercising purposes.
