Windmills.-A wind motor, which may be of small size for use as a mechanical toy, consists of a detachable tube or sleeve e free to rotate on a fixed vertical column, arms f projecting radially from the tube e, blades g suspended from the arms, and clips h which limit the movement of the blades about the arms. The blades are free to swing in one direction only and the pressure of the wind causes the device to rotate about the central column.
