Tyre attachments to rims.-A rim consists of a main part 4 and two segments 1, 2 which are hinged together at 3 and are adapted to be forced inwardly by hand until a position is reached at which they are forced farther inward by the resiliency of t h e main part 4. Preferably the hinge 3 is of the form shown, so as to prevent damage to. the tyre. The main part 4 may be hanged at 10 to facilitate manipulation of the tyre.
