165,697. Marshall, T. Sept. 17, 1920. Addition to 140,280. Tanks and cisterns.-In a welded tank constructed according to the parent Specification, the overhanging flanges 2 along the top edges of the sides 1 of the body part are carried forward the full length of the sides, while the flanges 5 of the end part 3 are cut away at each end to receive the side flanges. The depending member of the flange 2 is cut away at 7 to allow the end of the flange to rest upon the edge of the end part 3.
