164,812. Ray, W. H., and McGregor, W. A. March 5, 1920. Advertising on books.-An advertising device comprises two pieces, covers, or flaps A, B hinged together by ligaments c, d which, when the covers are open, connect respectively their lefthand edges a, b and their right-hand edges a<1>, b<1>. On the ligaments c, d and the insides of the covers A, B are affixed portions of designs, advertising matter, &c. 1<a>, which combine to form one or more designs when the device is opened from one edge, and a different design or designs when opened from the opposite edge. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 14472/85.
