Jackets and covers.-In tyres of the kind described in Specification 141,927, the deflector h, fitted between the air-tube and outer cover c, is formed with side-walls j having beaded or like rim-seating edges i which are embraced by the thin edge-portions of the cover. The tread is grooved as described in Specification 142,045. The side-walls and edges of the deflector may be reinforced with fabric.
