Mines, marine. - Relates to rope drums in sinkers of moored submarine mines, and consists in the provision of a plate 3, or a series of plates or rollers, or a combination of fixed plates and rollers, around the drum 1, in order to guide the rope 4 without sharp bends from the drum to a circular hole of small diameter through which the rope passes. The plate 3 extends along substantially the whole width of the drum.
