Abstract

To simplify installation and transportation, the low-cost profile which can be wound has weakness lines running in a longitudinal direction around which it can be simply and securely folded at the installation site to form a cable protection channel. Three weakness lines (2, 3, 4) divide the profile into four strips. The two outer longitudinal strips form a projection (11) pointing away from the channel and are interconnected by fixing means (12). <IMAGE>
