Cleaning internally, rotary appliances for. -In high-speed rotary boiler-cleaners of the type in which centrifugally-acting cutters 5 are loosely mounted on pins 4 between a series of circular plates 1, the pins 4 are alternately displaced with respect to one another and one or more positively-acting cutters, Fig. 4, serrated on their outer surfaces and peripheries, are mounted on the plate at the forward end of the tool. The cutters 5 are of oval or cruciform shape with serrated edges and enlarged circular or oval central holes. The plates 1 may all be of the same diameter or of progressively smaller diameter towards the forward end of the implement.
