Abstract

The pesticidal composition contains a stannic derivative of the saccharose of the formula below where sacch. represents a saccharose residue, X represents an ortho-phenylene, ethylene or vinylene radical, m represents 0 or 1, p represents 0 when m represents 1 and represents 1 when m represents 0, n represents 0 or an integer from 1 to 6, it being understood that when m represents 1, n is an integer from 1 to 6, and R<1>, R<2> and R<3>, which are identical or different, represent radicals such that the tin atom is attached via three valence bonds to carbon atoms and via one valence bond to an atom other than carbon. These compounds are pesticides with good solubility in water and they contain a high proportion of tin. <IMAGE>
