Abstract

1536681 Degassing liquids using semi permeable membrane UNITED KINGDOM ATOMIC ENERGY AUTHORITY 16 Jan 1976 [16 Jan 1975] 1968/75 Heading BIM Liquid from which dissolved gas is to be stripped is passed from conduit 8 into apparatus comprising coaxial tubes 1 and 3, the wall of tube 3 being permeable to the gas and impermeable to the liquid, carrier gas being passed up tube 3. Tube 3 may be made from silicone rubber. The apparatus may be coiled.
