1534374 Wound closing devices C B HAVERSTOCK 13 Jan 1976 01149/76 Heading A5R A wound closing device comprising a pair of strips adhesively coated on one side and having mutually engageable side edges 32, 34 each with elongate co-operating means, e.g. ridges, and substantially continuous holding means 36 for engaging the co-operating means on each side of a wound for holding the strips together and the wound closed. The side edges may be formed with complementary beads and -grooves and the device may include a slider in slide fastener fashion for interlocking or separating the beads and grooves.
