Abstract
In the method, conductivity measurements are carried out in a defined sequence. A first measured value is stored as a first reference value and the difference between this and subsequently determined measured values is determined. When a difference exceeding a preset tolerance value is detected, a first changeover point is established in each case. In the further course of the method, similarly, a second changeover point is established in that this difference lies beneath a preset tolerance value. The apparatus is provided with a remotely controllable 3-way valve (19), which is installed between filter outlet (13) and tank feedline (17) and upstream of which is connected a measured value sensor (24). An additional 3-way valve (31) is connected to the three-way valve (19) via a line (26), which additional three-way valve is connected to a discharge line (34). <IMAGE>
