1530396 Data display systems VDO ADOLF SCHINDLING AG 15 Sept 1976 [20 Sept 1975] 38237/76 Addition to 1527379 Heading H4T A data display system comprises two or more (as shown, three) visual display devices 4, 5, 6 having image screens, the same number of symbol generators 1, 2, 3 each symbol generator being able to sequentially generate the same group of different data 14, 15, 16 to be displayed on respective screens 4, 5, 6, and switching means 7, 8, 9 for sequentially momentarily connecting individual symbol generators to successive display devices, whereby each display receives the same data sequentially from each generator and different data than the other displays. The switching means 7, 8, 9 also controls the switching of each symbol generator 1,2, 3 into the appropriate data generation state for each display device 4, 5, 6. Operation is otherwise as described in parent Specification.
