Abstract

1530312 Resilient mounting assemblies DAVID BROWN TRACTORS Ltd 1 Sept 1976 [7 June 1975] 24529/75 Heading F2S A resilient mounting assembly for use in mounting a tractor cab frame 16 on the support bracket 14 of a tractor, comprises: a rubber sleeve 10 bonded between inner and outer metal sleeves 11, 12; a stiff metal washer 17 engageable with the rubber sleeve to limit movement, in one direction, of the inner sleeve 11 relative to the outer sleeve 12; and a metal washer 18 for absorbing energy by permanent deformation thereof in the event of abnormal movement, in the other direction, of the inner sleeve 11 relative to the outer sleeve 12.
