Abstract

1530191 Clip HEGO ELECTRIC GmbH 26 March 1976 12368/76 Heading E2B A clip for mounting onto channel-section supporting rails comprises a body 10 provided with a row of four projections 2, 5, 4, 1. The outer projections 1 and 2 have respective recesses 17 facing towards each other for clipping onto flanges of rail 7 (Fig. 3), the projection 1 being substantially rigid and projection 2 being resilient. The inner projections 4, 5 have respective recesses 18 facing outwards for clipping onto flanges of rail 6 (Fig. 2), the projection 5 being rigid and projection 4 resilient. Because of the chosen spacing of the projections and the resilience of projections 2 and 4 rails of different dimensions may be held by the one clip. The projections may or may not be integral with the body and the resilient projections may comprise shaped metal leaf springs. The upper part of the body may incorporate a mounting plate for attaching e.g. electrical equipment.
