Abstract
1529499 Photoamplifier circuit FRANKE & HEIDECKE GmbH 2 Dec 1976 [23 Feb 1976] 50284/76 Heading G1A In an operational amplifier 1 circuit arrangement for the amplification of the photocurrent from a photo diode 2, a degenerative feedback loop is provided which includes an optical coupling 4, 3. A further optical coupling 45 supplies the output terminals 7 and 8. The couplings are formed of a light emitting diode 4 and two photo diodes in a light tight casing 6. A light attenuating filter 9 is positioned, as shown, to decrease the relative magnitude of the optical coupling in the feedback loop.
