Abstract

1526962 Seals E J BROOKS CO 5 Nov 1975 45923/75 Heading B6P A locking seal for the operating handle of a fire extinguisher comprises a pin 22, which is received in apertures in the handle and its support, a flexible shackle 28 extending from one end of the pin and a locking socket 26 for the shackle at the other end of the pin. The shackle can be broken by a pull on loop 24, or the pin can be broken by forcible operation of the handle. Preferably pin, shackle, socket and seal are a single piece of plastics material.
