Abstract

1526672 Superconductive circuits INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS MACHINES CORP 19 April 1977 [19 May 1976] 16260/77 Heading H3X An electron beam having an acceleration voltage of at least 10 kV is used to permanently charge the electrical resistance of a Josephson junction, the beam being directed so as to treat either parts of the junction or its entirety. The resistance of one or more junctions may be determined by voltage measurement while known electron beam current is passed through the junction circuit.
