Abstract

1524553 Dispensing liquid E LERNER and J A VENTURA 9 Sept 1975 37028/75 Heading B8N A liquid dispensing apparatus comprises a reservoir 25 with a discharge conduit 29 provided with a magnetically operated valve energized by a coil 38 which is mechanically unconnected with the valve to allow removal of the reservoir, conduit and valve assembly in a horizontal direction. The coil 38 is U-shape open towards the removable front cover 15 of the apparatus housing. A heater 39 is provided on a floor 37 in the housing. A microswitch 40 renders the coil 38 inoperative when the liquid level falls and the weight of the reservoir decreases to a certain value. A gauge 41 may be provided to read-out the amount of liquid in the reservoir.
