1520738 Protein from potato corm KONINKLIJKE SCHOLTEN-HONIG NV 23 Sept 1975 [23 Sept 1974] 41329/74 Heading C3H A process for the production of water-soluble protein from potato corm-water is characterized by subjecting non-diluted or diluted potato corm-water to ultrafiltration and recovering the protein in dry, water-soluble form from the concentrate. The concentrate may be spraydried or dried on a vacuum drum. The concentrate obtained from ultrafiltration is preferably acidified and the precipitated protein is removed before subjecting the filtrate to diafiltration and spray-drying.
