Abstract
1519879 Labels ADOLF SONTAG 30 July 1976 31800/76 Heading B8F A luggage tag comprises a label 1, a record sheet beneath the label having a first part 3 adhered to an end portion of the label and a second part 4 separable form the first part, an adhesive area 5, 6 on the underside of each part of the record sheet, and a release sheet 9 beneath the areas 5 and 6, an aperture 10 passing through the label 1, the part 3 and the release-sheet 9. The part 4 of the record sheet may be made of pressure-sensitive carbon paper so as to make and retain a record of what is written on the label 1. It is separable from the part 3 at a crease or line of perforations or it may be completely separate from the port 3 and be attached thereto solely by the release sheet 9. After the label has been filled in, the part 4 is tugged sharply to separate it from the sheet 9.
