Abstract

The device is used for the microscopic analysis of trip recorder diagrams with respect to time and speed data. In this arrangement, the diagram discs (3) and line markings (L, 8) applied to corresponding carriers can be adjusted relative to one another by operating suitable measuring drives (4, 5 and 9), in such a manner that each coordinate point of the recorded diagrams can be made to coincide with the two line markings. During the adjustment movements, in each case starting from a reference value, both the turning angle of a diagram disc corresponding to the travelling times and the radial adjustment distances corresponding to the speed values are electrically transformed simultaneously and provided as digital values, indicated (GA, ZF) and possibly supplied to an external data processing system. The device is particularly suitable for analysing diagram discs which contain accident recordings. <IMAGE>
