1515194 Manufacturing binder covers TWINLOCK Ltd 12 Oct 1976 [18 July 1975] 30281/75 Headings B6A and B6E [Also in Division B5] A cover for a loose-leaf binder comprises two boards pivotally connected, and covered on at least one side, by a sheet of plastics material with venting apertures in it, adhesively secured to the board faces and welded to a further member on the other side of the boards, or to a folded portion of itself, at the board edges. Preferably the plastics sheet is of PVC, and has the venting apertures adjacent edges or corners of the boards.
