Abstract
1513544 Ceramic catalyst support CERAVER 2 May 1977 [7 May 1976] 18315/77 Heading C1J A ceramic support structure for a catalyst (in particular for reforming hydrocarbons) has a tubular shape with radical internal partitions whose angular spacing is regular, wherein the number of internal radial partitions is five (see Fig. 2) or seven. The ceramic may be alumina or magnesia and typically its outside diameter lies between 12 and 26 mm, its inside diameter lies between 8 and 24 mm, the thickness of its external partitions lies between 1 and 2 mm and its length is substantially equal to its outside diameter.
