Abstract

1511131 Lamps E HAFNER 28 Jan 1977 [7 Feb 1976] 03598/77 Heading F4R An outdoor lamp comprises a housing having a polygonal base 8 and outwardly tapering side-walls with openings 6 which define corner struts 4 of the housing. Each strut comprises two limbs forming parts of adjacent side-walls and an inwardly directed projection 5, the projections serving to retain transparent or translucent panes (not shown) in position against the inner faces of the side-walls. A roof-like cover (not shown) is secured to the top of the housing. Openings 9 with insect screens 10 are formed in the base 8, and small openings provided between the roof and the tops of the side-walls.
