1508010 Explosion prevention in gas plant DIDIER ENG GmbH 3 April 1975 [4 April 1974] 12671/75 Heading A5A In a plant including a gas duct 1 for inflammable gases and including equipment capable of igniting the gases, a fibrous, compressible, elongated body 3 is loosely inserted in duct 1 to reduce explosion risk therein. Body 3 comprises a plurality of cylindrical hollow pieces 4, each piece 4 comprising two half shells 5a. 5b bound with wire 7. The body is made of stone or glass wool, stone or glass fibre or asbestos.
