1505948 Process for making a pressuresensitive copying paper BLOCKFABRIK LICHTENSTEIG AG 20 Sept 1976 [29 Sept 1975] 38872/76 Heading A2B [Also in Division B6] A process for making a pressure-sensitive copying paper partly coated with colour former and bearing printed text in a continuous manner comprises feeding a length of paper through coating apparatus which partly coats one face of the paper with a coating composition containing a colour former, drying the coated paper, and then applying a printed text to that face of the paper. The other face of at least part of the length of the paper may be coated with a colour developer over the whole surface thereof. An advantage specified is that the process enables production to be increased in comparison with discontinuous processes.
