Abstract

1505895 Two-part couplings; contact pins AMP Inc 11 June 1975 [21 June 1974] 24946/75 Addition to 1470007 Heading H2E A contact pin is similar to that of Specification 1,470,007, but has the offset legs 5, 6 each terminating in a point 13 on a respective side 14 of terminal 2 to inhibit any tendancy of the pin to rotate as it is inserted into a hole in a printed circuit board. In another embodiment rotation is inhibited by the use of semi-circular (Figs. 4-8, not shown), cross-section legs.
