1504114 Preserving grains INTERNATIONAL STOCK FOOD CORP 23 March 1976 11651/76 Heading A2D A method of preserving high moisture content grains comprises applying to the grains a composition consisting of (1) water; (2) a food-grade acid such as formic acid, acetic acid, propionic acid or lactic acid, or phosphoric acid, (3) a synthetic organic cationic or anionic surfactant such as sodium dodecylsulfonethanolamine, ammonium dodecylbenzenepolyethersulfonate and sodium dodecylbenzenepolyethersulfonate and (4) an alkali or alkaline earth metal sulphate.
