Abstract

1501826 Screen printing J A BLACK 9 Aug 1976 [21 May 1976] 33103/76 Heading B6C In a reciprocating screen printing machine a squeegee 32 and a flow coater panel 40 together form an ink reservoir 90 and excess ink can flow back to the reservoir 90 through passages 32<SP>1</SP> in the squeegee 32. Panel 40 pivots by an amount dependent on the viscosity of the ink and if this is too high a spring biased arm 50 actuates a switch 120 to supply a solvent through tube 158 or 158a.
