1492441 Confirmation of heat sterilization BAXTER LABORATORIES INC 21 April 1975 [10 May 1974] 16306/75 Heading A5G [Also in Division G1] Heat sterilisation of a material is confirmed by including with said material during sterilisation an isolated aqueous solution of maltose containing acid to render the pH no greater than 2 and then analysing the solution and comparing the results a standard. The analysis may be a quantitative analysis for glucose, produced by hydrolysis.
