1492060 Nutritious food product Y SAIKI 29 Nov 1974 [29 Nov 1973] 51706/74 Heading A2B A nutritious food product is made by dissolving powdered skim milk into an aqueous solution of inorganic substances required by the human body for a healthy life, mixed with egg yolk blended with fatty substances required by the human body in which sugar and fat soluble vitamins have been dissolved adding foamed egg white and then flour to the mixture and cooking at 120‹ to 200‹C, and spraying onto the surface of the product whilst at a temperature of 100‹ to 115‹C and aqueous solution of remaining vitamins. Specified substances added are salt, calcium hydrogen phosphate, lard, vegetable oils, vitamins A, D, E, B 1 , B 2 and B6. Iodine and/or pantotheic acid may be added.
