Abstract

1491182 Seals FRIEDRICH DUSS MASCHINENFABRIK 12 March 1976 [13 March 1975] 10066/76 Heading F2B A sealing ring 21 has a lip 211 which engages a sealing face 20 of a partition wall 19, the sealing ring being mounted on a reduced diameter portion of a shaft 13 which has a pinion 14 at its end and the clear width of the aperture in the partition wall is less than the diameter of the tip circle of the pinion 14, the aperture being serrated (Fig. 2, not shown) with serrations corresponding to the pinion teeth 14<SP>1</SP> so that the pinion may be passed through the aperture to the position shown. The shaft 13 is the output shaft of an electric motor 12 and is supported on bearings 15 and 16. The pinion 14 is in an oil bath lubrication gear case of an electrohydraulic hammer.
