1489842 Picture frames CONERN Mfg CO Ltd 9 Sept 1976 [11 June 1975] 25087/75 Heading A4X In a picture frame assembly a backing panel 10 has secured to it a spring clip 14 having prong-like portions 16, 17 which are engageable with a groove 20 in a rectangular frame 12. The clip 14 is secured to the panel 10 by a rivet 18 passing through a loop 15 of the clip, and staples 22, 24 on the frame 12 co-operate with the clip 14 to retain the panel 10 in the frame 12. The clip 14 may be of U-shape.
