Abstract

1489689 Ventilators W H T BAGGS and M J JAMES 24 June 1976 [28 June 1975] 27418/75 Heading F4V [Also in Divisions B4-B5] An injection moulded plastics vent, comprises parallel louvres 4, moulded integrally with (see Divisions B4-B5) and extending at an inclination from a plane face of a flyscreen having rectangular apertures 5 between the louvres 4. The vent is defined within a rectangular rim 1, of hollow triangular section, within the inner periphery of which screw holes 3 are provided at each corner in flat faced sections 2 extending through the overall thickness of the vent. The louvres taper towards their free ends, i.e. at an included angle of 10 degrees, and their median planes are inclined at an angle of 50 degrees to the plane of the flyscreen.
