1488685 Thermoplastic rubber-cork compositions DUNLOP Ltd 17 Oct 1974 [18 Oct 1973] 45138/74 Heading C3P A moulding composition comprises cork particles in a matrix of a non-vulcanizable composition of a thermoplastic rubber, e.g. a styrene-butadiene block copolymer, ethylene-propylene copolymer, ethylene-propylene-ethylidene norbornene terpolymer, propylene oxide elastomers and polyurethane elastomers. Softeners, e.g. naphthenic oils, reinforcing fillers, colorants and extenders, e.g. atactic polymers, may also be included. The compositions may be moulded into sheet or tile form for wall or floor covering or to form handle grips.
