Abstract
1485469 Chocolate BELMANTO FOODS NV 9 Oct 1974 43713/74 Heading A2B Chocolate is prepared in which the saccharose is completely replaced by dextrose-from which almost all the water of crystallisation has been removed. The chocolate preferably contains cocoa powder, cocoa fat and dextrose containing less than 0.5% by wt. of water. The water of crystallisation of the dextrose is preferably removed by evaporation or treatment in a couche.
