Abstract
1482413 Intruder alarms PEAK TECHNOLOGIES Ltd 11 July 1974 [13 July 1973] 04878/77 Divided out of 1482412 Heading G4N [Also in Division H4] A Gunn effect oscillator diode 2 mounted in a first waveguide horn aerial 1 acts as the transmitter, some of the energy therefrom being coupled to a reception horn 11 (Fig. 1) by coupling probe 4 wherein is situated receiver mixed diodes D1 and D2, the signals from which are processed as described in the parent Specification. Alternatively (Fig. 2), each mixer diode D1, D2 may be situated in a separate reception horn 11, 21, coupled to the TX horn 1 by respective coupling means 14, 24.
