1477286 Cutting blades VICTA Ltd 30 Dec 1975 [2 Jan 1975] 53232/75 Heading A1F A cutting blade for pivotally mounting on a rotatable cutter disc of a rotary mower is formed from a strip of metal and at one end comprises an apertured mounting portion 6 by which the blade is intended to be supported on a cutter disc; the other end of the blade having a cutting edge 17 and the portion between the ends being waisted so that bending stresses are more evenly spread over a longitudinally -extending area instead of being maximised at the line 9 of support by the periphery of the cutter disc.
